The Ministry of Finance has included in the budget of 2025 and the planning period of 2026-2027 the allocation of one trillion rubles each for the implementation of national projects. This was announced by Deputy Head of the Ministry Pavel Kadochnikov at the Moscow Financial Forum.
According to the deputy, the Ministry of Finance will have to approve new national projects, one trillion rubles and 69 transfers will be sent to the regions. There are no plans to cut funding.

Kadochnikov said that by the first reading of the draft budget, only 12.5% of inter-budget transfers had been distributed. This is due to the completion of some national projects this year.
Also, new national projects are at the stage of formation. They will be implemented starting next year. Goals, measures and indicators are currently being determined, and the distribution is being completed, TASS reports.
