In Tyva, self-employed young people aged 18 to 35 were allowed to participate in regional competitions for grants for business projects and social initiatives. The Regional Ministry of Youth has specifically added this item to the competition conditions.
Previously, all those who applied for a grant had to register as an individual entrepreneur after passing the selection process. But some participants were not satisfied with this, because the IP format implies a higher tax burden, reporting and restrictions on types of activities. At the same time, young people often prefer to work in a freelance format, without management, offices and reports.

Also, now there is no need to register on the Youth of Russia platform when submitting an application. Previously, this could cause difficulties due to various system failures. Now it is enough to submit an application to the Ministry of Youth Affairs of Tyva.
Within the framework of the Youth Business Project competition held in the republic, you can receive support in the amount of 100,000 to 300,000 rubles. In 2024, the winners collectively received 2.5 million rubles in grants, the press service of the Government of Tyva said.
