
The Government of Ugra has adjusted the budget for the upcoming 2025 and the planned 2026-2027 years. Next year, the budget deficit will increase by 15.6 billion rubles and amount to 55 billion rubles.
By 2028, the deficit should decrease to 34.5 billion rubles, and expenses will reach 442 billion rubles.
The main principles of forming the budget policy of Ugra remain ensuring financial stability and balance of the system, achieving national development goals, supporting special operation participants, families with children, young families, creating comfortable conditions for the birth and upbringing of children, reducing poverty and ensuring employment for residents of the region.

Next year, 306 billion rubles will be allocated to healthcare, education, social policy and physical education, which is almost 70% of the expenses of the KhMAO. 84.4 billion rubles will also be allocated to the national economy, housing and communal services and environmental protection.
From 2025 to 2027, 32 social facilities and 12 housing and communal complex facilities are planned to be built, the press service of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug reports.
