On Thursday, November 28th, the Governor of the Vologda Region Georgy Filimonov took part in the solemn ceremony of handing over 26 school buses to municipalities. Earlier, the region received 32 million rubles from the federal treasury for these purposes. According to the governor, the cars were purchased as part of the project of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation "School bus".
All equipment is equipped with tachographs, a GLONASS system, yellow or orange flashing beacons, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, a traffic lock system with open doors and a reverse alarm. They also have shelves for hand luggage.

Thanks to the purchase of school buses in 2024, it became more comfortable for 434 students to get to educational institutions, the press service of the Government of the Vologda region reported.
