Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region unanimously adopted the draft regional budget for the next three years. According to Irina Didenko, Chairman of the Committee on Financial and Economic Policy, all amendments are taken into account in the document.
It is expected that the total budget revenue of the Novosibirsk region next year will amount to more than 325.5 billion rubles. Of these, almost 28 billion are gratuitous receipts. Next year's expenses are expected to amount to 360 billion 487 million. Thus, the deficit will amount to about 35 billion rubles.

In the next two years, the revenue part of the regional treasury is expected to amount to more than 708 billion rubles: in 2026 – almost 343 billion, in 2027 – about 365 billion. The expenditure part in these years will amount to about 715.5 billion rubles. The deficit is expected to be in the range of 3 billion 656 million annually during this period.
Concluding the 53rd session of the Legislative Assembly of the region, Chairman of the Parliament Andrei Shimkiv thanked his colleagues for the work done this year, noting that everyone tried to improve the lives of people in the region and did everything necessary in his post.
"I want to thank all of you for your work. 2024 – the year of the thirtieth anniversary of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region – we passed together. We set priorities and solved urgent tasks together. Everyone in their district discussed problems at meetings with residents, saw achievements and sought to improve the lives of people in the Novosibirsk region," the speaker of the Legislative Assembly emphasized.
