During the audit, violations were found, such as overstating the cost of work when concluding contracts. This entailed additional expenses of 27.3 million rubles. The Federal Treasury Department demanded that the money be returned to the budget.
A contractor who performed work under the contract was involved in the preliminary court session, the press service of the judicial system of the Lipetsk region reports.
