Contracts with developers have already been signed for three territories.

So, in the area of Solnechnaya and Begovaya Streets and Solnechny Lane, emergency houses will be settled at the expense of the investor, new buildings will be built, including a kindergarten for 260 places. In total, at least 1.8 billion rubles will be invested in the development of this territory.

In the area of January 9, Semilukskaya, Krasnodonskaya and Malakhovsky streets, the developer is reconstructing a 280-bed preschool at his own expense.

In the area of Dimitrov, Obruchev, Rzhevskaya and Volgogradskaya streets, 32 apartment buildings will be resettled, new buildings will be built, including a kindergarten for 190 places, and school No. 54 will be reconstructed.

In addition, new engineering networks will be modernized and built in all these territories at the expense of developers.

As Sergey Petrin stressed, in 2025, competitive procedures will be conducted in all remaining territories in order to find investors. According to the mayor, this will reduce spending from the city budget.

"I have traveled to some of these territories several times. Residents came up and asked when the settlement was expected. They themselves understand that there will be no development there. A complete renovation is required with the demolition of those houses that have already been recognized as emergency, and those that do not yet have this status, but in fact there is no economic feasibility in their repair," the mayor added.
