By the end of the year, citizens submitted 570 appeals to the City Duma, and 839 requests were submitted by government agencies, local governments, public organizations, associations and legal entities.
During the year, Duma representatives reviewed 57 substantive appeals, provided 29 clarifications and consultations, and forwarded 129 requests to relevant authorities. 354 requests were addressed to the deputies of the Voronezh City Duma, including 72 appeals from public organizations, associations and legal entities.
The most frequent topics were social issues, landscaping, road conditions and problems in the housing and communal services sector, the press service of the Voronezh City Duma said.
It should be recalled that agricultural production in the Voronezh Region decreased by 5%.
