In the first quarter of 2025, tenders will be held to find a contractor who will carry out engineering and survey work.
In addition, next year the Krasnoyarsk authorities intend to concrete sections of water wells near the problematic building. This will be handled by the contractor who built the storm drain. The work will be carried out under warranty.

Problems with the sliding slope in the area of 2nd Ogorodnaya Street have been observed since 2020. In 2015, construction of apartment building No. 22a began there. It was put into operation in 2017, and in 2020, after heavy rains, part of the slope collapsed next to the building.
To solve the problem, it is necessary not only to strengthen the slope, but also to build a storm drain to drain water. The storm drain began to be built in 2022, Krasnoyarsk Online reports.
