Housing construction in the first 8 months of this year exceeded 1.7 million square meters. A special contribution to the development of this area is made by the construction of socially significant facilities within the framework of national projects. Over 10 years, the volume of construction in the region is estimated at 1.2 trillion rubles.

The regional government also reported that the region's investment portfolio has increased by 30% over the past 4 years and reached 352 billion rubles in 2024. Since January, the number of investment projects has amounted to 299, Vedomosti reports.
