The total plans for the region amount to 3.26 million "squares". The capital of Tatarstan accounts for 40% of all residential real estate under construction. 162,000 square meters of real estate will be built as part of the social library, RBC reports.
It should be recalled that Kazan's budget was replenished by 5.3 billion rubles from the delivery of municipal property last year.
