Novosibirsk Region will allocate 3 billion rubles from the state budget for the construction of a children's rehabilitation center. The medical facility was supposed to start operating in the summer of 2024 as a federal-level center.

The center is designed for the rehabilitation of children with diseases of the nervous system, musculoskeletal system, rheumatology and diseases of the sensory organs. The medical institution plans to introduce innovative rehabilitation methods, including robotic mechanotherapy, hydrotherapy and exoskeletons.
7.6 billion rubles from the regional and federal budgets were to be allocated for the design and construction of the center from 2020 to 2024. In the middle of last year, the "price tag" for the work reached 12.08 billion rubles.
The government has decided to allocate 3 billion rubles for work this year to bring the completion of construction closer. Earlier it was said that the money will be received in 2026, the Business Quarter reports.
