The staff of the Novosibirsk Region Prosecutor's office summed up the work on restoring the rights of defrauded shareholders.
Since the beginning of 2024, there have been 12 houses in the register of problematic objects. By the end of this year, the issue had been resolved for more than 1,800 residents of the region.

At the moment, there is only one unfinished object. It is located at Novosibirsk, Dusi Kovalchuk Street, 378/1, 2. In September, construction of the building resumed. Its commissioning will help restore the rights of 230 people, the Novosibirsk regional prosecutor's office said.
The Novosibirsk city administration has allowed the construction of a plant in Pervomaisky district.
