Comfort M-8 company became one of the recipients of the plots. She received land in the Sergiev Posad city district. The company plans to build a modern furniture production here. More than one billion rubles will be invested in the project and 80 jobs will be created.

The no-bid land grant program provides investors with the opportunity to lease a plot of land with the right to buy it at a discounted rate of 15% of its cadastral value.
Currently, there are more than 120 vacant locations in the database of land plots available under the program. They can be found on the investment map of the region, the press service of the Ministry of Investment of the Moscow region reports.
Recall that a pilot project "Digital Foreman" was launched at construction sites in the Moscow region.
