The Nizhny Novgorod Regional Council on Land Relations has approved the allocation of land for 249 projects since the beginning of the year. Investments in the program amounted to 149 billion rubles and provided an opportunity to create 13,500 new jobs.

Every second project is related to industry and logistics. The number of tourist sites has also increased. They account for 15% of the total volume of approved applications. The approval also applies to projects related to roads, healthcare, sports and education.
The Council will coordinate the possibility of concluding concession agreements. This year, a project was approved to create a shore-strengthening structure for the embankment of the Rowing Canal in Nizhny Novgorod under a concession.
This year, the agency launched an Investor's Personal Account, through which you can apply for a land council. Digitalization of the process has helped to reduce the list of submitted documents from 7 to 1, the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region said.
In 2024, ten livestock complexes were built and six were reconstructed in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
