The implementation of the national project "Culture" in the Pskov region makes it possible to create conditions for creative self-realization of residents of all ages. Since 2019, new tools and educational materials have been supplied to 9 art schools in the region and the Rimsky-Korsakov Pskov Regional College.
Thanks to the new equipment, students can improve their skills and achieve success at festivals and competitions.

In addition, 14 model libraries have been opened in the Pskov region. The premises were renovated, books, modern equipment and furniture were delivered, and the staff of the institutions were trained.
During 2024, the library "Rodnik" in the capital of the region was updated. 3,000 new books and modern multimedia equipment were delivered to it. The library staff also took advanced training courses, and an open space was arranged inside the building, which can be converted into a conference room.
The library has been equipped with a hall for creativity and 6 virtual concert halls. You can watch concerts of famous Russian performers and bands in them as part of the regional Digital Culture project, the Government of the Pskov Region said.
Earlier, the bridge over the Voloshna River was overhauled in the Pskov region.
