Natalia Gracheva, a nurse from Kolomna Hospital, received a housing certificate under the Social Mortgage program.
The woman, along with her husband and children, moved to Kolomna in 2022 from the Saratov region. The family lived in a rented apartment. Now the Grachevs can buy a house with a mortgage, the certificate obtained entitles them to compensation for the amount of the principal debt for 10 years. You will need to pay only the interest on the loan.

Now the family is busy looking for a suitable place to live. According to Natalia, it is important for them that the apartment is close to work and certainly with a beautiful view from the window. "Kolomna has captivated us with its beauty – wonderful landscapes, incredible sunsets, so in order to have a good view from the windows, we will look for an apartment on a higher floor," Natalia said.

We should add that in total, 48 medical workers were awarded certificates under the Social Mortgage program at the Government House of the Moscow Region this time. This program has been implemented in the Moscow region for eight years and during this time more than 1,800 medical workers have received housing certificates.
Earlier we told you that doctors from the Golovatenkov–Tokarev–Lovkin–Kartashov medical dynasty work in the Kolomna hospital. The family has devoted more than two centuries to medicine.
