In Cherepanovo, Novosibirsk region, a house with 9 apartments was commissioned, which is intended for the settlement of orphaned children. It was built as part of the implementation of state programs by the government of the region. The housing is rented on a turnkey basis.
Within three years, 4 houses were built in the Cherepanovsky district for a specialized fund, including three houses for 9 apartments and one house for 13. By the end of the year, they plan to complete another house with 12 apartments for office housing.

The construction of specialized housing in the region is carried out in two directions. Some of the houses are intended for housing public sector workers, the second part of the houses are being built for orphans.
1.6 billion rubles were allocated for these purposes in 2024 to build 34 residential buildings. Since the beginning of the project in 2021, 75 houses have been built, the press service of the Government of the Novosibirsk region told.
