According to those who live in this courtyard, the idea of building two sites appeared for the first time four years ago. In 2023, the decree on their creation was given to the deputy of the Council of Deputies of the city of Novosibirsk, Alexander Bykovsky (United Russia deputy association). Today, he says that without the help of active residents of the house, the issue of landscaping would be difficult to solve.
"We have organized various celebrations here before – with gazebos, tables, treats, tea, we invite animators. There is a hockey field in the courtyard – a kind of center of gravity. And now we have built several children's attractions here – slides, swings and a playground with sports equipment, where, hopefully, older children will be engaged. Both platforms have a rubberized coating, which makes them safer," commented Alexander Bykovsky.
This courtyard is the central point of the residential area "Serebrenikovsky". Pensioners and young people often spend time here, arrange holidays and other events. Thanks to the activity of the initiative group consisting of residents of the house, the landscaping of the yard was completed in a fairly short time. In addition to the arrangement of children's and sports grounds, work was carried out on the organization of footpaths. Emergency trees were cut down and asphalt was laid in the driveway and on the roads of the adjacent territories.

The landscaping of the yard will be continued next year. There are plans to carry out landscaping and arrange pedestrian paths. But it is already clear how the yard has changed.
The Mayor's Office of Novosibirsk provided great assistance in landscaping. Its specialists have developed a project. It is worth noting that more than 7 million rubles were allocated for children's and sports grounds, asphalting. However, some of the work had to be postponed to the next year.
The locals are very pleased with how the yard was landscaped.
"We are very glad that we have such a beautiful playground. Now the kids will have something to do while walking. And teenagers were not ignored. A sports ground with various exercise equipment was equipped for them. I think that when my sons grow up, they will spend more time there," said Olga, the mother of two sons.
The adult residents of the house liked the fact that there are now many benches.

"We often go out into the yard with our neighbors in the warmer months and communicate. There used to be few benches, but now they are almost at every step. I think that now it will be more comfortable for us to spend time in the yard, looking after the grandchildren who will play on the new playground," said pensioner Maria Ilyinichna.
A real celebration was held for the residents on the opening day – music was played, and the children were entertained by animators. All the guys received sweet gifts.
Earlier, we told you that on October 17, deputies of the Novosibirsk Council of Deputies discussed the issues of outdoor advertising. Alexey Yarik, head of the Department of the artistic appearance of the city of Novosibirsk City Hall, made a report, who said that in 2024 the work was built taking into account the ongoing personnel changes both directly in the department and in the City Outdoor Advertising Center, a subordinate institution.
