A Large military circle of the Volga Cossack Military Society took place at the Cyrillic Spiritual and Educational Center in Samara. Among the delegates from 12 regions of the Volga Federal District, the meeting was attended by Cossacks from Mordovia, led by ataman of the Saransk farm Cossack society "Troitskoye" Vladimir Rybin.
The main topics of discussion were the results of the work for the previous year and plans for 2025 for the further development and strengthening of the Volga army, as well as the election of delegates to the circle of the All-Russian Cossack Army.

During the meeting it was emphasized that currently there are 18,500 Cossacks on the front line, including 25 volunteer detachments. 1,167 Cossacks have already participated in the special military operation, of which more than 300 were awarded. The Cossack volunteer detachment Bars-15 "Ermak" continues its service in the war zone and has become a symbol of pride for the Cossacks. We also talked about the importance of military-patriotic and spiritual education of young people, which is considered one of the priorities in the work of the Cossacks.
