In Dagestan, Social Fund employees illegally processed payments in the amount of 33 million rubles. The organizer of the fraudulent scheme was an employee of the Republican Social Insurance Fund, and her accomplices were colleagues and local residents.

The participants in the conspiracy posted messages on social networks, messengers and online bulletin boards about the registration of benefits for the birth and upbringing of a child for a fee. An increase in social payments was also reported.
Through this scheme, employees of the Social Insurance Fund received copies of documents from 336 residents of the Republic of Dagestan.
Having received copies of passports and SNILS, the scammers entered these data into the social security system, supplementing them with fictitious data on the average income per person in the family of the future recipient of the payment. The locals were supposed to be rewarded for this.
In total, illegal benefits were awarded in the amount exceeding 33.5 million rubles. The state has suffered heavy losses from the actions of a criminal group, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports.
