The artists of the Yelnikovsky district at the festival "Shumbrat, Mordovia!" were able to convey to the audience the depth and richness of the culture of their small homeland. The folk song ensemble "Veretentse", the "Lane" collective and soloists performed compositions about love for their small homeland and about a sense of pride for the Russian people and Russia. The choreographic groups "Aquarelle", "Restless", "Lyubava" and "Rhythm of the Heart" added colors with their bright dances. The exhibition of decorative and applied arts "Mastery of the land of Mordovia", which was held in the foyer of the Republican Palace of Culture, attracted the attention of visitors with its diversity and brightness. Local craftsmen presented their works made in various techniques: wood carving, patchwork, paper vine, lace weaving, painting.

The concert of Kovylkinsky district began with the video blog "Shumbrat, Mordovia, our native land". The folk folklore groups "Kelunya" and "Laimonia", as well as the folk vocal ensemble "Mokshane" and the vocal and instrumental ensemble "Argo" performed songs praising patriotism, love for their native land, courage and heroism. The guests were able to enjoy ancient Mordovian songs performed by folklore ensembles. The exhibition "The Art of the masters of the land of Mordovia" provided an opportunity to get acquainted with the unique cultural traditions of the region. Local craftsmen demonstrated their creations: dolls, clothes, jewelry and clay products.
Temnikovsky municipal district presented a bright and memorable event. The performances of folk groups — the ensemble of the Mordovian song "Laimonia" and the ensemble of the song "Veselushki", as well as solo performers — caused a storm of emotions among the audience. And bright dance numbers performed by dancers in colorful costumes became a real decoration of the concert. In addition, visitors could get acquainted with the exhibition "The Art of the masters of Mordovia", where works in various techniques were presented: embroidery, wood carving, knitting and painting.

At the beginning of the concert of the Atyrau district, a fascinating prologue called "The Atyrau family" was played. It showed a communal apartment where neighbors of different nationalities live. A special feature of the concert was the performances of family ensembles. The audience saw the performance of the Chepaikins, Borisov family and the Karpin family trio. The program of the performance included incendiary dance numbers, and in the humorous episode "About pancakes" the audience was told the secret of cooking famous pancakes from Atyrau. As part of the event dedicated to the decorative and applied arts of Mordovia, various workshops on traditional crafts were organized. The works of local craftsmen were also presented: lace products, paintings, amulet dolls made in a family style, and wooden crafts.
In the coming weekend, the municipal districts of Staroshaygovsky, Bolshebereznikovsky, Krasnoslobodsky and Chamzinsky will hold their reporting performances.

Every year from October to December, the folk art festival "Shumbrat, Mordovia!" takes place in Mordovia. Within the framework of the festival, reporting concerts of municipal districts and the Saransk city district are held, as well as exhibitions of decorative and applied art "Craftsmanship and generosity of the Mordovian land". In 2024, the festival is dedicated to the theme "Shumbrat, Mordovia is multinational!" It reflects the desire to preserve, restore and increase the traditional spiritual, moral, cultural and historical values of Russia, as well as to emphasize the diversity of ethnocultural traditions, unity and uniqueness of the peoples of the republic.
