Issues of local importance are considered by the Coordinating Council for Territorial Public Self-Government under the head of Anapa at regular meetings. This year alone, almost thirty such meetings took place. Landscaping and landscaping of territories were discussed at them. Almost all Tosov proposals are included in the city's development plans.
One of the important areas of the CBT's work is interaction with the police in matters of public order. Activists report information on the use and distribution of drugs, illegal distribution of alcoholic beverages, illegal migrants, unattended equipment, suspicious objects, open attics and basements to the hotlines of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB.
For 17 years, since 2007, heads of territorial public self-government bodies have been participating in the annual regional competition for the title of "The best CBT body". Last year, the prize fund of the competition was increased from 600 thousand rubles to almost 4 million rubles. The prize money was used to improve the surrounding areas, purchase mowers and equipment for playgrounds, fill out paths and much more.

In 2024, initiative groups, which included the heads of CBT bodies, took part in the initiative budgeting competition, the financial support of which is implemented within the framework of the regional program "Regional policy and development of civil Society". As a result, four projects won, the amount of awards amounted to more than 28 million rubles. With this money, landscaping of the territory next to the House of Culture in the village of Anapa, landscaping of the monument to Soviet soldiers in the Kurbatsky farm and the territory near the recreation center in Usatova Balka will be carried out. With the same funds, a sports and playground is being installed in the village of Dzhiginka.
Over the past three years, CBT authorities have planted more than 15,000 trees and shrubs as part of the All-Russian action "Garden of Memory" in memory of the soldiers who died in the Great Patriotic War. More than 80,000 tons of various humanitarian aid have been sent to the SVO zone. Workshops for sewing uniforms and underwear for military personnel have been organized in more than 30 locations in Anapa and rural districts. Volunteers also weave camouflage nets and make dry soups.
Every year in December, the TOSOV campaign "Santa Claus – to every house!" is held within the framework of which social activists organize New Year's events at the place of residence, present gifts to children from large families on behalf of the mayor of Anapa.

All this becomes possible thanks to the initiative of the residents. For example, Larisa Revenko, chairman of the House Committee 174. Her efforts organized the work of the chess school "Debut", the children's creative workshop "Get up" and the knitting workshop for adults "Needlewoman". In 2022, House committee No. 174 took first place in the regional competition "The Best CBT Body" in the nomination "The best CBT body in the city of Anapa".
– In the future, the department for interaction with CBT bodies plans to increase the territories subordinated to public figures, create new sports and creative clubs, as well as popularize the activities of CBT bodies through social networks, – said Elena Gromovaya, head of the Department for Interaction with CBT authorities of the Anapa Resort city Administration.
