Since the beginning of 2024, contractors of the Chelyabinsk Department of Ecology have taken more than 21,700 tons of construction and household waste from 45 illegal landfills to the landfill.

The last objects this year were landfills in the Traktorozavodsky district, near the station "143 kilometer" and at the Brodokalmaksky tract, 75. 3,600 tons of waste were removed from here.
Next year, the elimination of illegal landfills will continue, the Administration of Chelyabinsk reported.
Recall that the Rosselkhoznadzor has identified more than a ton of semi-finished meat products without documents in the Chelyabinsk region.
