In Krasnoyarsk, the historical building of the Cartographic Factory, which is located at 24 Rabochy Shtaba Street, will be renovated. The area of the two-storey building is about 5,000 square meters.

The facility is built in an eclectic style. For several decades, he was an ornament of the Working suburb of Irkutsk. The building will be restored thanks to the joint actions of the Angara Cultural Heritage Protection Service and the new owner.
Next, the building will be adapted for administrative and office purposes. This year, it is planned to develop design documents for the complete restoration of the building.
Before the location of the Cartographic Factory, a teachers' seminary was located here. The building was built by merchant Zimin in the 1820s, the Irkutsk regional government said.
Irkutsk has received the most modern equipment for dismantling asphalt.
