Investigators have established that a year ago, the man signed a social contract to provide him with government assistance in the form of a one-time payment for business development. To receive 350 thousand rubles, he registered as an individual entrepreneur, completed appropriate training and received a certificate. According to the presented business plan, the entrepreneur was supposed to produce agricultural products. However, after the money was credited to the account, the man used it at his discretion. And for the report, he provided fake cash receipts with which he allegedly purchased poultry farming equipment.

In September 2024, during operational search activities, employees of the economic security and anti-corruption unit became aware of this crime. The man was detained and taken to the police station. The failed entrepreneur pleaded guilty. The case has now been referred to the court.
