This year the Samara administration will purchase 546 apartments for orphans instead of the planned 312. This is due to an increase in subventions to the city budget. 2.2 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes in 2024.
It is reported that 101 residential premises will be allocated to children left without parents this year. At least 445 more apartments will be received by representatives of this category in 2025 and 2026.

The amount of subventions for 2024 is calculated based on the number of purchased real estate and the approved average market value per square meter of housing in the Samara city district. This year, the price was 95,059 rubles, the CityTraffic portal reports.
