This year, it is planned to settle 22 apartment buildings in Voronezh, which are recognized as emergency. This is almost 300 apartments. At the moment, 12 buildings have been vacated. Sometimes the city authorities face a problem when residents of only a few apartments, for various reasons, whether it is inheritance or litigation, do not move out of emergency housing. Because of this, the demolition of the house is postponed.

Buildings Nos. 64 and 66 on Mashinostroiteley Street are being demolished in Voronezh. The houses were settled back in July and the procedure for registration of land plots and the selection of a contractor for dismantling immediately began. As a result, it was possible to start it ahead of schedule.
Three families have not yet moved into the house number 62 on this street, although one has already approved the proposed apartment and will begin relocation in the near future. The remaining two have not yet agreed to any of the proposed options. Nine apartments have already been settled.

According to the head of the Housing Relations Department Oleg Zatsepin, in June of this year an agreement was reached with the homeowners on the purchase of apartments in a building under construction, it is planned to be commissioned on December 1. And at the same time, a municipal contract was signed for the purchase of shared ownership in the new building.
At the same time, he noted that today the number of people who refuse to move out of emergency housing has significantly decreased. Some people prefer to receive monetary compensation in order to buy a new one on their own. Now the amount of payment practically corresponds to the market price of those apartments that the municipality purchases.
