Professional guidance experts provide personal advice to each participant of their professional development and their families, helping them at all stages — from the first application to successful employment. A personal assistant helps to draw up a career development plan, taking into account a person's state of health and helping to prepare for a meeting with a potential employer.
Support and employment of participants in a special military operation and their family members is one of the main tasks of the employment service. In 2024, the HR Center's specialists provided more than 70 services to this category of citizens. Information on support measures for the participants of the SVO and their families can be found on the portal "Work of Russia".
