In the Pskov region, landscaping continues under the "Container Sites" program. The project was initiated by the governor of the region, Georgy Filimonov.
This year, the authorities have improved more than 1,000 container sites. In total, from 2024 to 2026, more than 3,500 garbage disposal sites are planned to be renovated.

For these purposes, the regional government will allocate 283.6 million rubles in the form of subsidies to municipalities. 118 million of them have been allocated for this year.
Before the construction of container sites, municipalities receive the necessary sanitary certificates. In 2024, the work under this project will be completed by November 1, the press service of the Government of the Vologda Region told.
