Nurseries and greenhouses in Krasnoyarsk have grown about 37 million seedlings of coniferous trees this year. They will be used to restore forests after fires and deforestation. Most of the plants were prepared by Ermakovskoye, Yeniseyskoye and Bolshemurtinskoye forestry.

According to the head of the regional Ministry of Natural Resources Alexey Panov, a record number of seedlings have been grown this year. This will make it possible to restore forests in 100% volume next year.
There are 32 nurseries and 8 mini-greenhouses in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Seedlings with open and closed root systems grow in them for reforestation purposes. In 2025, they want to build another complex in the region. It will appear on the territory of the Magan forestry.
This year, experts have restored 160.1 hectares of forest. The work is being carried out within the framework of the national project "Ecology" and the federal program "Forest Conservation", the press service of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory told.
