The purchase of housing takes place through open online auctions within the framework of a municipal project approved at the end of last year. The age of the houses should not exceed 15 years. This year, the city authorities have allocated a record 1.7 billion rubles for these purposes.
At the moment, 335 apartments have been purchased, including 142 one-room, 151 two-room and 42 three-room apartments.
The Mayor's Office intends to resettle houses recognized as emergency until January 1, 2024, within five years. The program is being implemented at the expense of federal funds and within the framework of the integrated development of territories project, the Administration of Novosibirsk reported.
