It became an excellent New Year's gift for many residents of Mordovia.

The Pushkin Card is issued to young people between the ages of 14 and 22. Its holders have the right to visit museums, theaters, concert halls and other cultural institutions at the expense of the state. Its nominal value in 2025 was 5,000 rubles.
