To create "Quantoriums", Lyceum No. 15 and school No. 38 were allocated 28 million rubles each for the renovation of premises in 2024. This was told at a meeting in the city administration by the head of the Department of Education and Youth Policy Olga Bakumenko. It should be noted that technoparks are being created within the framework of the national project "Education".
"Children visit the newly opened quantoriums with great pleasure and show interest in everything that is there: robotics, microscopes, and various studies. Moreover, in addition to good IT equipment, there are also such machines as in labor lessons, but improved – with numerical control. Children with burning eyes make layouts and print shapes on 3D printers," Olga Bakumenko noted.

In addition, the first youth center in the city was opened in Voronezh on the basis of the center for additional education "Constellation".
"Teenagers there find directions for themselves in which they are interested in developing. They see their need there. And they are engaged with great enthusiasm. At the opening of this youth space, there were so many girls and boys with burning eyes and a lot of ideas that I could only say one parting word to them: "go ahead!"" said the head of the Department of Education and Youth Policy.

In total, in 2024, 1 billion 61 million rubles were allocated from budgets of various levels to carry out major repairs of schools and kindergartens in Voronezh. Facades were repaired in various educational institutions, roofs were completely changed, engineering communications were repaired and replaced, windows were replaced. In addition, the surrounding areas have been landscaped.
