The delegation that arrived at the colony included commission members Evgeny Trifonov, Ilya Orlov and Pavel Fominov. They arrived together with the head of the Department of prison ministry of the Saransk and Mordovia Diocese, Archpriest Vladimir Menshoikin.

During the visit, the living conditions of the convicts were studied in detail, as well as information about the work of the commission and how to file a complaint in case of violation of prisoners' rights. In addition, a conversation was held on the topics of morality and ethics, during which attention was focused on the inadmissibility of committing crimes.
We have already written that in Mordovia, representatives of the public council checked the conditions of detention of the arrested and held talks with them.
