The warmest wishes and sincere words of gratitude were heard from the stage for the hard work in raising and educating children. Those who create conditions for education have not been ignored either. These are people who help children in socialization: social educators and psychologists. The contribution of young teachers to the educational process was also highlighted separately.
Nikolay Tyamin, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Deputies of Novosibirsk, who attended the event, expressed his gratitude to the teachers.
"Just imagine for a moment how many generations of students have graduated from kindergarten, educational institutions, and you who are present here today in this hall. And in each generation you have invested a part of yourself. Because of this number of generations, the future of our country and our city is ensured. And these are not pretentious words, these are sincere words of gratitude for your work, because the generation that you have raised is the future of our great country. Thank you for having us. Happy holidays to you!", — said Nikolai Tyamin.

The deputy also stressed the importance of respect for teachers from parents and society, and also pointed out the problems faced by teachers, such as excessive accountability and lack of creative freedom.
"Teachers were tortured with reports, plans, and so on. Sometimes a teacher does not have freedom. There is a subject, there is a topic, but there is freedom to reveal this topic... They are limited by regulatory legal acts and from my point of view, this is the most important thing that presses on every teacher, that is, there is no creativity. Or creativity, it's not something that any teacher who's a newcomer could do. Yes, newcomers are coming now, young people are coming, there are not many of them, but they are coming, they are trying to introduce something new into the educational process. And children are drawn to them with pleasure. I am deeply convinced that today parents need, first of all, to treat the teacher with respect. From here, the children will be treated with respect," Nikolai Tyamin said.
MP Andrey Anikin expressed his opinion on the importance of fostering patriotism and love for the Motherland.

"We know with you that this job is very difficult and responsible, to bring up our children. Teachers have a great responsibility for what kind of person they will become, what kind of person they will be. Everything that will be laid down in school, he will carry into the rest of his life. Therefore, today, perhaps, the most important moment is, of course, to foster patriotism in our younger generation. And, of course, this will also be on the shoulders of teachers who will conduct military affairs. And, of course, to instill, first of all, love for the Motherland, love for our older generation. Well, in general, elementary things are to help one's neighbor in any situation, whatever they may be, both in schools and on the street, everywhere," Andrei Anikin, deputy of the Council of Deputies of the city of Novosibirsk for district No. 30, especially emphasized.
Moreover, he honestly admitted on stage that sometimes he dreams of going back to school with his beloved teachers, whom he misses, as well as his school years.
A photo zone was organized in the lobby of the K. S. Stanislavsky Cultural and Leisure Center, so that not only the good mood remained from the concert, but also warm memories.

"I remember my first teacher— Evdokia Ivanovna. I even remember her voice to this day. Unfortunately, she died when I was in the fifth grade, but I even remember her voice now, because this person was a teacher from God. She is an intelligent person who really came to this profession by vocation, like all teachers who come, who stay and work. And that's why, well, many, ask anyone, everyone remembers their first teacher. We remember them, our educators, and teachers all our lives, because this is very important to us. They are one of those who form and nurture a person's personality," shared Lilia Goncharova, deputy of the Council of Deputies of the city of Novosibirsk in district No. 34
The holiday was not complete without a cultural program. After the speeches of the deputies, musical groups took the stage. And the ensemble "Druzhina" struck the teachers in the very heart — no one could sit in their seats anymore, the whole hall was dancing.
Earlier, we told you that the deputies of Novosibirsk made changes to the main financial document of the city.
