The 25th autumn school ball took place in Ivanteevka near Moscow

November 19. /MEDIA TALK/. In Ivanteevka, the autumn school ball was held at the Educational Center No. 5 for the twenty-fifth time. For two hours, high school students whirled on the parquet floor to the rhythms of waltz, polka and polonaise. The costumes of the boys, the dresses of the girls and the decoration of the hall - everything resembled the atmosphere of the XIX century. This year, the traditional ball was dedicated to the 225th anniversary of the birth of the great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin, who, as you know, was himself a great lover of social events.

As Natalia Rycheva, director of the Ivanteevsky Educational Center No. 5, emphasized, the traditional school ball is a triumph of dance and music.

The students had only three weeks to prepare for the ball. But they learned their lessons well, remembered all the steps. The guests and teachers noted the excellent bearing of the young people and the grace of the girls.

The program of the ball included not only dancing, but also the performance of romances, reading poems. The honored guests of the event, representatives of the Pushkinsky District Administration and deputies, noted the professional work of the teachers and thanked them for instilling aesthetic taste and love of beauty in the younger generation. And the students noted that they not only had a good time, feeling like contemporaries of the great poet, but also gained new knowledge.

In the final, the waltz was danced together with the students by their teachers and the guests of the ball.
