The agricultural enterprise from Pushkin received four "gold" and "silver" at the food industry competition

November 21. /MEDIA TALK/. Four gold and one silver medals were won by an agricultural enterprise from the Pushkinsky Urban District at the prestigious food industry competition "Quality Assurance — 2024". High awards were given to fermented dairy products, soft cheese, melted milk and cottage cheese produced at Zelenogradsky.

This year, over 120 companies from 40 regions of the country took part in the competition. The experts had to evaluate the quality of about a thousand product samples. The tasting was conducted behind closed doors by 10 special commissions. At the same time, the experts did not know whose product they were trying, all samples were depersonalized and encrypted.
