
At the 1000-meter distance, a native of the Ardatov village of Zhabino won in a pair with Kira Stepanova, who competed for the Krasnodar Territory and the Saratov region. With a result of 3 minutes 41.894 seconds, two athletes took the "gold" of the competition. The difference with their closest rivals was only 5 seconds.

The distance of 500 meters became decisive for the Mordovian athlete. On it, the tandem of Elena Anyushina and Kira Stepanova came to the finish line second. Another "silver" was won at the same distance in the "fours". In the single event, the 30-year-old Mordovian kayaker took the bronze medal.
