Mordovia was represented at the event by atamans of the Saransk farm Cossack society "Troitskoye" Vladimir Rybin and the city Cossack society "Holy Forerunner" Vladimir Filin. In addition, the atamans of the Cossack communities, which are located in the Republic of Mari El, the Chuvash Republic and the Nizhny Novgorod region, arrived at the congress.

The Cossack Circle was held at the Nizhny Novgorod Theological Seminary. The meeting began with a traditional prayer service. The meeting of the Circle began with reports on the work done. The leaders of the Cossack communities and farms shared their experiences and the problems they faced this year. After that, the Cossacks were chosen to participate in the Great Circle of the VKV, which will be held in Samara. Among the current issues that were raised at the meeting were the adoption of a new version of the standard Charter of the Cossack society, the participation of Cossacks in a special military operation, the collection and dispatch of humanitarian aid for Cossack units.
