A medical rehabilitation department has been opened in Krasnoslobodskaya Central District Hospital, designed for patients with impaired central nervous system function. The department has 15 beds and is open around the clock. Patients will be able to undergo rehabilitation both on an outpatient basis and in a hospital.

When equipping the department, modern equipment with wide possibilities of use was selected. For example, in a special gym there are devices with biofeedback: the patient can track speed and load and adjust it. An important rehabilitation device has become a walking simulator, which helps particularly difficult patients learn to walk again. An individual recovery plan is drawn up for each patient.
In addition, the department at Krasnoslobodskaya Hospital plans to accept patients with central nervous system disorders for rehabilitation from eight neighboring regions. For this purpose, physiotherapy equipment has been purchased, which will help eliminate pain syndrome and improve blood circulation in the affected limbs. Massage and physical therapy sessions are also provided.
Earlier, we reported that in Mordovia, the equipment in vascular centers and primary vascular departments continues to be updated.
