The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova announced the start of the regional stage of the annual festival "Theatrical Volga Region". The review of amateur children's and youth groups will be held for the sixth time.

Applications will be accepted until November 15th on the festival's website. The regional selection will take place in two stages this year: from November 20 to December 20. First, the jury will watch the video versions of the performances, and then the best productions will already be evaluated in live performance.
It should be noted that this year there is an important addition in the terms of the competition. The best works will need to be shown to the general public early next year and the finalists will have to tour to neighboring regions.
The winners of the VI festival "Theatrical Volga Region" will be named according to tradition on the International Theater Day.
