JSC Nadezhda is one of the key enterprises of the Kovylkinsky district specializing in cheese production. It is a company with a wealth of experience, a reliable reputation and consistently high quality products.
The plant annually produces over 2,000 tons of cheese and more than 130 tons of butter. The assortment includes four of the most popular varieties: Dutch 45%, Russian 50%, Russian 45% and Poshekhonsky 45%. Semi-hard Gouda, Soviet, Swiss, tilsiter and Estonian cheeses are also on sale. In addition, processed cheeses can be found on sale. All products are made from fresh milk, which enters production within a few hours after milking.
The main suppliers of raw materials are agricultural enterprises of the Torbeevsky and Ramodanovsky districts of Mordovia. Milk from Kolomasovsky LLC is also used. At the moment, the production of cheeses is increasing, which are reheated at high temperatures.

Now butter can be purchased not only by weight, but also in a package weighing 250 grams. The packaging is designed using elements reflecting the national flavor, and indicating that the product was produced in the Republic of Mordovia. Other packaging options are also planned.
In production, each batch of milk is thoroughly checked. Laboratory specialists carry out the necessary tests, after which the milk is drained from the tank, and the car is sent to the car wash and prepared for the next route. This is an integral part of the process.
