The mining segment is the least short of specialists. Such data was provided by the Institute for Statistical Research and Economics of Knowledge of the Higher School of Economics.
Enterprises lack, first of all, qualified employees. The study is based on the human resource vulnerability index. It allows you to assess the scale and direction of the response of industries to a set of personnel problems.
