In 2024, 35 facades of apartment buildings will be overhauled in the Pushkinsky urban district. Work is already underway on the facilities and they have been completed on six houses. It is planned to complete repairs at the following addresses: in Ivanteevka on Sovetsky Prospekt, 14 and 18, in Detsky Proezd, 26 and on Tolmacheva Street, 19; in the village of Sofrino at 27 Komsomolskaya Street and in Pushkino, in the Dzerzhinets microdistrict, 10, 11.

Recall that residents of houses where major repairs are carried out can monitor the progress of work online. Video cameras are installed at all facilities. In order to see how the repair is going, you need to go to the "Map" section on the website of the Capital Repair Fund and choose your house. There you can also find out at which facilities work is planned in 2024.
According to the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Moscow region, over four thousand facades have been updated over the ten years of the region's program for the overhaul of the MKD.
