As part of the republican initiative "Culture of Victory", another batch of humanitarian aid was handed over to servicemen participating in a special military operation at the Memorial Museum of Military and Labor Feats of 1941-1945 in Saransk.
At the beginning of 2024, the Victory Culture project was launched, which is designed to provide support to military personnel in the area of their own.

Within the framework of this initiative, various cultural organizations such as museums, libraries, theaters, creative teams, art schools for children and cultural centers are joining forces.
Their employees, together with residents of various settlements, collect humanitarian aid, cook jam and make pickles, weave camouflage nets, knit socks, create postcards and much more.
During the ten months of the campaign, more than two tons of humanitarian aid were collected.
Recall that Mordovia actively supports military personnel participating in a special military operation.
