Ruslan Karasalikhov, Head of the Department of Property and Land Relations, spoke about the adjustments expected by the Municipal Property Management program.
He reported that in 2024, 180 land plots were transferred to the ownership of the municipality, 210 documents were ready - technical plans for construction sites.

It is planned to transfer 178 highways to the city in 2025. At the moment, there are 1,800 highways in Voronezh. Of these, passports have been issued for 600 objects, property rights have been made for 500, and 200 roads have land documents. To speed up the passport registration process, Deputy Alexander Sysoev instructed the Department of Property and Land Relations to prepare a draft document that would provide for an increase in funds for cadastral registration of such facilities.
Igor Cherenkov, Acting Head of the Housing and Communal Services Department, reported to the deputies on the changes that will affect the MP "Formation of a modern urban environment". He said that last year more than 3.3 billion rubles were allocated for this municipal program. The funds came from the regional and city treasury. This year, the amount of financing will amount to 2,159 billion rubles.
It should be recalled that the deputies of the Voronezh City Duma also agreed on changes to the environmental protection program.
