In Mordovia, sowing of winter crops on an area of 168 thousand hectares has been completed. Dmitry Pozdnyakov, Chairman of the Government of the Republic, wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
He also added that the harvesting of cereals and legumes in Mordovia continues. At the moment, more than 436 thousand hectares of the total sown area have been harvested. Among the leaders in harvesting are the Lyabmirsky, Kadoshkinsky and Dubensky districts.

It should be noted that this year the weather prevented agricultural enterprises from carrying out work in the usual volume. Nevertheless, the agrarians of the republic are doing everything possible to harvest.
We also add that in August, summing up the interim results of the season, at a meeting with the Head of Mordovia, the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Moldova Anton Ilyushin noted that the share of sowing seeds of domestic breeding this year has already exceeded 70%.
