Samara Electromechanical Plant became a participant in the national project "Labor Productivity" in order to introduce lean technologies into production processes.
The company produces a wide range of products, including components for the automotive industry. Participation in the program will allow the plant to improve production processes and increase competitiveness.
The operator of the national project is the Samara Regional Competence Center in the field of labor productivity. In 2024, the organization attracted nine more enterprises to participate in the program than planned. This indicates a high interest in the national project and the effectiveness of participation in it.

According to Konstantin Serov, head of the Regional Competence Center, lean manufacturing technologies are not just a fashionable trend, but investments in the future, allowing enterprises to increase competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets.
Next year, the national project "Labor Productivity" will be included in the large-scale federal project "Efficient and competitive Economy", the press service of the Government of the Samara region told.
