In the Novosibirsk region, criminal cases have been opened against the head of the enterprise "Spetstransstroy" Sergey Arapov and his deputy Vitaly Sukach. They are suspected of large-scale embezzlement.
The regional prosecutor's office revealed that Sergei Arapov abused his powers during the implementation of a state order and stole 43 million rubles. Budget money was allocated for the reconstruction of the laboratory building of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution "Vector".

In addition, the prosecutor's office believes that Arapov and Sukach stole 87 million rubles of budget money during the construction of a water supply facility in Tatarsk, the press service of the regional department reported.
